A Brief History
SimplySOLD® Peak Real Estate, locally owned and operated in Windsor, CO, is a very different type of real estate company than what has been the traditional approach in the industry.
SimplySold® North America was started in 2003, in Douglasville, GA to directly address the widening gap between what traditional real estate companies offered, and what the marketplace and consumers were seeking. Having the benefit of clearly seeing the emerging trends and needs within in the industry, and the luxury of truly starting with a “blank sheet of paper”, the SimplySOLD® founders structured a new type of company that was "Built for the Future of Real Estate”.
SimplySOLD® Peak Real Estate opened its doors in June of 2006 in Windsor, CO and operates as part of a broad national network of SimplySOLD® offices working under a license agreement with SimplySOLD® North America.
In the relatively short operational history of SimplySOLD® Peak Real Estate, we have achieved the status of the largest Real Estate Company in Windor, based both on number of Agents and value of our listing portfolio.
